This bug is to create a new version of the Download Stats page that matches the look & feel of the overall redesign project.

We can discuss specific creative direction offline, but the general starting point should be the files here: mozilla.seanmartell.com/engagement/mocodotcom/mocodotcom-PSDs.zip. The content and layout from the current live page can stay the same.

Here's a rough schedule...the most important date is the final handoff, of course:

CR1 designs: Friday, 10/1
CR1 feedback: Monday, 10/4
CR2 designs: Tuesday, 10/5
Final approval: Monday, 10/11
Handoff to WebDev: Wednesday, 10/13
