Details

From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/4.73 [en] (Win95; I) BuildID: 2000101014 Unable to add bookmark to a selected folder Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Bring up mozilla browser; select Bookmarks->Manage bookmarks menuitem from the browser window. 2.Click on any bookmark folder; select File->New bookmark; enter some URL like http://www.yahoo.com. Then press Enter key or click on OK. 3.Enter a name for the bookmark, then click on OK or press Enter key. Actual Results: Bookmark didn't get added to the selected folder; it got added outside the folder. Expected Results: The bookmark should get added to the selected folder.
I think it works the way it's supposed to work. Select a folder, chose New Bookmark, and the bookmark gets added just above the folder. (Build 2000111004 win32) To file a new bookmark inside the folder, you have to open the folder, select an item in the folder and chose New Bookmark. Now I agree this is maybe not the most effective way to add a New Bookmark. If this is a bug, someone please comment. If this is a request for enhancement, please comment too. Fabian.
