1. set the browser to a RTL language by installing the arabic plugin found at:
ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mobile/nightly/latest-mozilla-1.9.2-maemo5-gtk-l10n/
(alternatively you can use the first link from :
http://people.mozilla.com/~nhirata/html_tp/installplugin.html
which has an installtrigger to avoid bug 593025 ) 
2. go to the control panel and set the sync up to sync to an existing account
3. double click on the awesomebar
4. select the bookmarks tab
5. select the desktop bookmarks

Expected: 
the ^ would be on the left hand side

Actual:
the ^ marker is on the title of the Desktop bookmarks
