As soon as I opened this experiment on my laptop, and tried to re-size it the window movements were very jerky, something I did not see in chrome. Once I tested it on my desktop the issue did not happen.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch experiment
2. Re-size the pop up screen

Actual Results:  
While I was re-sizing the window it lagged pretty badly, and seemed to jerk around.

Expected Results:  
In chrome, the window re-sizing did not show any signs of lag.

That mostly tells me that time is spent in the browser...

The resizing is smooth here on Mac, so I assume this is the Windows resize event loop thing.  I think we have a recent bug on it being semi-broken.

Feels pretty smooth to me on Windows (no D2D). Maybe it is a D2D thing?

Feels smooth with D2D as well, maybe the issue is solved, if anyone sees this problem still, please re-open.
