In bug 574688, the status bar was replaced with the add-on bar. Currently there's no more padlock. Comment #2 in bug 598973 has a strong stance on its removal. I think this test should be removed or skipped.

Remove it. I don't think it will come back in any other form. Can you come up with a simple patch? Thanks

We will also have to remove the reference from the Litmus test.

Move of Mozmill Test related project bugs to newly created components. You can
filter out those emails by using "Mozmill-Tests-to-MozillaQA" as criteria.
