When we're drawing strokes using operator over, we apply an inverse transformation on the points in the stroke because we need to apply a transformation during the stroking so that attributes in the strokestyle also get transformed.

I neglected to apply this transformation when calculating the bounds of a stroking operation for blending back when doing non-operator over drawing.
