Details

This is a subset of bug 573546. It's desirable for redirects, at the least: changing a document's title and creating the redirect to it should either both succeed or both fail. It's possible for the latter to fail due to a race that results in a slug collision.
Looks like we can do bug 573546 easily, so we won't need this one.
