Please help design a template that we can use as a standard format for the Firefox 4 Beta Newsletter. Its a standard 2 column format (large body on the left, small promotional boxex on the right) 

Same design/branding style as the Mainstream Newsletter and other pieces you have been doing for us. 

Branding style:  usual Dark blue top banner, light blue background. 

You can add Firefox 4 graphic in top banner (upper right position) or in body of the newsletter where fits. 

Please make a large font headline "Firefox 4 Beta News" (not a graphic). 
(we can possibly use this template for something else if we can modify the header easily).  

In BODY: 

One header on the left (larger font) and a small paragraph below it. 

Second header on the left (larger font) and a small font paragraph below it. 

Third header on the left (larger font) and a small paragraph below it. 

RIGHT SIDEBAR: 

Two news items, perhaps in separate boxes
Larger header in each box, along with about 10-20 words of blurb. 

FINE PRINT: 

At the bottom, below the line of the creative, please add the legalese, centered on the page in small font:

Would it be possible to use any of those groovy illustrations here, like as the background in the header?

I'd love to add that in for consistency. Also, in terms of backgrounds and other details, the beta site is a bit different than the regular site. The beta site has a more solid blue background - http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/beta/ - as opposed to the paintbrush style on the regular site. Would be nice if this could match that a bit more.

Otherwise, it looks nice to me - very clean, readable, etc.

Looks absolutely fantastic ! 

One or two small edits to finalize it:  
- remove the "add this to your address book" at the top header
- remove the 'envelope' icon on the far right (and slide the 2 other icons over to be right justified)
- add the Mozilla address (centered ) at the bottom plus phone:
