I just noticed that our Mac universal builds suddenly appear as "mac64" in their file names, when actually they are plain old PPC/i386 builds. We should change that and get them back to be just "mac".

Looks like the |export MOZ_PKG_PLATFORM=mac| from http://hg.mozilla.org/build/buildbot-configs/rev/7bfc00bc14b6 doesn't work correctly :(

Landed http://hg.mozilla.org/build/buildbot-configs/rev/a38f0d01d416 and reconfigured the buildmaster for it, I hope that resolves the issue.
