Steps to reproduce:
1.Open about:config
2.Tap on the first preference in the list (it is highlighted in blue)
3.Use down arrow from the hard keyboard to select next preference.
Expected results:
After step 3, second preference is highlighted or at least the first one isn't anymore.
Actual results:
After step 3, first preference remains highlighted (see attached screenshot)
