GET /1.0/rowenarrow/info/collections HTTP/1.1 401 DELETE /1.0/rowenarrow/storage/0 HTTP/1.1 401 eesh.
Maybe we fixed this when I took an axe to service.js... if not, we'll fix it.

wipeServer no longer fetches info/collections… but even if it did, I'm sure Greg's storage-2.0 client does the right thing.
