The necessary parts of the change in bug 487519.patch are now included upstream, so we can drop this patch when we next update libvorbis.

If we fix our toplevel configure to generate the appropriate defines for building Vorbis, we would also be able to drop alloca.patch.

Update libvorbis to current HEAD (which is 1.3.2 plus some doc fixes in the headers). Drop bug487519.patch. Includes additional security hardening from the recent Tremor work.
