Details

STR:
1. Visit html5test.com in m-c nightly
2. Scroll down and find the "The HTML5 test has been updated!" box past the test results
3. Notice how the letters are visibly misaligned
4. Mouse over the box
5. Notice the letters light up and are no longer misaligned
6. Don't move the mouse - the letters becomes misaligned once more
7. Mouse out of the box, notice the same aligned/misaligned change
dupe of bug 492214 ?
