Sometimes the back button becomes unavaible in the main PHP My Admin
frame (both in the title bar and in the right-button pop-up menu of the frame)
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install PHP MyAdmin
2. Use it
Actual Results: No back button
Expected Results: Back button
