Often when opening a link in a new tab, the page will begin to load. However, in the location bar about:blank is displayed. If the user tries to reload while about:blank is still displayed, it will just load about:blank. The URL should immediately be transferred to the tab so that this doesn't occur.
Reproducible: Always

For Mozilla developers: some additional description of what the bug is about:
URL should be displayed in location bar _immediately_ after opening a link, without displaying about:blank (as well as empty location bar) at all, and _irrespectively_ of is URL correct or incorrect.
See, for example, Opera 10.63 as a reference implementation.
The bug maybe depends on bug 610357.
See also https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=610357#c34 for info about a case when current behavior is VERY annoying and harmful as for fundamental usability of the browser.
