Attachment: The fix

The attached patch ports the necessary work to allow configuring comm-central apps with omnijar.

It does not make Thunderbird/SeaMonkey work with omnijar. The work there will need to be covered by separate bugs as it is non-trivial - mainly due to installer work and package-files changes being needed.

I believe what I have here picks up all the necessary generic build config work.

We need http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/810105bfc749 portage [flight.mk] for this to all play nicely when we turn things on.

I'm ok with a followup patch/bug though.
