601945 - Set up staging environment to test l10n system

We need a staging environment to test ongoing work with setting up an l10n system for www.mozilla.org.  There are two existing options that could be used for this or we might decide we need something else.

The two existing options are:

http://kildare.stage.mozilla.com/

http://www-stage.mozilla.org/

Steven is using the first right now and AFAIK no one is using the second.  Reed or Steven know more about the technical issues with these, so perhaps they can help us figure out what the best option is.

On mozilla.com they allow af.www.mozilla.com/af to point to localised versions of the site.

Is this also going to happen on mozilla.org?

If so can we do something similar for the staging instance?

Re question in comment #3, I want to do whatever is considered best practice for a localized Mozilla site.  If following the mozilla.com model is considered best practice, let's do that.  If that means rearranging the www.mozilla.org repository to contain localized content, let's open a separate bug for that.

Lets hear from the mozilla.com people then.

Closing old Mozilla.org website bugs due to them not being relevant to the new Python-based Bedrock system. Re-open if this is a critical bug and should be resolved on the new system too.
