I used the nightly of 9/21(this is the build before we changed the version number) and installed beta on the top of it. It gave me the error - Application not installed.

I uninstalled the 9/28 nightly of Fennec on the Motorola Droid, then tried to install build 3 of beta 1, but I still get the 'Application not installed' error message.
It turns out that my install of SUTAgent caused this. Uninstalling that app allows the install again. From IRC: [18:18] <mbrubeck> mw22: It think you have a previous Fennec build (or a related package like SUTAgent) signed with a different key [18:18] <blassey> you need to uninstall the sutagent
