N6 didn't start, only activation window show

Detailed Description:
N6 only start if I create a new profile. When I set SOCKS PROXY IP & PORT number 
nothing happen. Then I have to end proces netscape6.exe in  task manager. When I 
start N6 again, Activation screen appears & after 10-15 seconds the Activation 
screen 
disapears & nothing happens. This is the same like in PR3

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install NS6 final
2.when start define user - profile
3.set SOCKS PROXY
4.no page is displayed
5.end proces netscape6.exe in task manager
6. Win 2000
Bugs concerning Netscape 6 are not handled in bugzilla, unless they are
reproducible in Mozilla. Can you reproduce this with Mozilla?
