This TC is a part of Lightning Full Functional Tests (FFTs), however it seems to be outdated or Sunbird-relevant. In Thunderbird Passwords are managed under Security tab, not Advanced tab. Finally, it doesn't seem to be Lightning-related at all - storing master passwords is a Thunderbird feature.
