External links should have their href as a tooltip

Details
Some external links show the href in their label, some don't. And those that do may be cropped. So there's often no way to telling where the link leads, other than clicking on it. Should add the href to the tooltip, so it can be consistently available there. That also makes it consistent with buttons that as styled as links, which have tooltips describing what the button does.

We can show the full link in the bottom corner like we do for everything else. Also, maybe we should have a 'Copy Link Location' on the context menu.
