Run Nav 4.7X to ensure that a profile exists, click on the lock icon to create 
a security folder, then quit the Navigator.
1.) Delete the documents folder for a clean install of Netscape 6.
2.) Drag the Netscape Profile Migration icon to the Netscape6 icon.
3.) Wait for profile migration, and do not open the Security Manager.
4.) View the newly created folder which contains prefs.js.
What is expected: That the Nav 4.7X security folder is copied into the new 
Netscape 6 profile.
What happens: The folder is not copied.
