1. Launch Fennec with an image URL, for example "fennec http://bit.ly/akf4Fn"
2. Open the tool panel by pressing the gear icon on the right toolbar.
3. go to the feedback panel

Expected: Feedback UI should be there
Actual: Feedback UI is not loaded.

Note:
1. another example of launching Fennec with an image URL (on Android):
a) make sure Android is not launched
b) make sure default browser is not set
c) open OS browser and go to http://people.mozilla.com/~nhirata/
d) open the link, when prompted use Fennec.
