You can not access the taskbar and mouse moves slowly. Ctrl+Alt+Del unfreezes it. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Minimize all windows you have open 2. Open the FishIE demo and click the 1000 fishes link 3. Resize the window so you can move it 4. Start moving the window around the desktop Actual Results: The Windows desktop hangs. Expected Results: It should not hang. ATI Radeon HD 4650, Catalyst 10.9a driver.
