Details

Bug 574628 renamed "Heads Up Display" to "Web Console". As the console is activated per tab, I think users would understand better if it was called "Tab Console".
It is kind of late in the dev cycle to go changing strings and starting a major bikeshed about the name again. WONTFIX.
