kerning in SVG text attribute is not supported

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load the svg file linked in the URL or attached and inspect it with Firebug
2. compare theses texts attributes to the same rendering in Chromium
3. be disappointed
Actual Results:  
Firefox render the text with the default kerning

Expected Results:  
Should render correctly

Looks like this won't be part of SVG 2 per https://svgwg.org/svg2-draft/single-page.html#changes-text
