604311 - changing sync key ( passphrase ) overflows dialog if error msg also shown

Description

[mcdavis941 (sporadically reading bugmail)]

In the latest Fx4 nightly, you can make the "Change Your Sync Key" dialog overflow the bottom of the dialog by getting an error message and the strength meter to show at the same time.

STR:

1 - fx4 nightly
2 - create a sync account and get that all set up and working
3 - go to the firefox prefs / options window
4 - on the sync pane, pick 'manage account', then 'my sync key'
5 - edit the existing sync key by deleting only the last character, then reentering that last character the same as it was before
6 - notice both the error message ('the new sync key cannot be the same as your sync key') and the strength meter showing, overflowing the bottom of the dialog

The sync key that does it for me is 15 characters long, if that matters.

Note, the add-on form (Sync v1.5) doesn't do this.  When that error message is shown, it hides the strength meter.
