There are two throws in browser.js that message up tp4 -- it looks like they are uncaught. Mfinkle tells me this code is going to be refactored. Lets remove the throws (which doesn't do anyone any good right now) for now

Those throws are there for a reason. We shouldn't ever get those called twice, and if we do, networking is pretty badly broken.
