I'm a JScript tester at Microsoft and need my SSH credentials added to hg.ecmascript.org/tests/test262 so that I can push test additions to the this Mercurial repository.  My SSH public key (SSH-2 RSA) is attached to this bug.  Please note that I do not currently have an account on test262.ecmascript.org either.

David: To start the process you need to fill out a Committer's agreement - please see http://www.mozilla.org/hacking/committer/ for information. The links to the form are there. You will need someone to vouch for you.

I'm confused.  hg.ecmascript.org isn't a Mozilla project; it's a TC39 project that Mozilla's hosting.  Why do I need to fill out a Mozilla contribution agreement or have a Mozilla contributor vouch for me?

David,

You are right, this is a mis-understanding.  You are not getting access to any of the mozilla projects.  You do not need to fill out those forms.  I will move this to our group and get you access.

What Marcia is referring to is our general process for getting access to Mozilla repos.
