There is no way to clear a browser-native file upload field after selecting a file, even if you "Cancel" the file chooser.

This doesn't make it easy for users to "undo" a file upload field. Unless there is Javascript on the page to clear it, you will need to reload the page.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to site with browser-native file upload (not Flash)
2.Click on "Browse..."
3.Select a file
4.Click on "Browse..." again
5.Click "Cancel"
Actual Results:  
Cancels file selection. Does not clear file upload field.

Expected Results:  
Clear file upload field.

Chrome 8 (and possibly earlier) clears file upload if you cancel.
