This is a tracking bug for phase I of the Refactor Tests project. In this bug, we will address general formatting issues across the tests. This phase will consist of the following tasks: 1. Make sure all constants use the SOME_CONSTANT naming convention 2. Move all opening braces to be in-line with if() and function() 3. Remove all instances of module parameter in setupModule() and teardownModule() 4. Make sure any Component.Utils and Component.Classes declarations use proper Mozilla-style formatting 5. Make sure any arrays use the "single element per line block formatting" style 6. Make sure every indentation is only 2-spaces
I expect this work to clash with the CommonJS landing, so I'll hold off on doing it until CommonJS is landed and the tree is reopened.

Move of Mozmill Test related project bugs to newly created components. You can filter out those emails by using "Mozmill-Tests-to-MozillaQA" as criteria.
Product: Testing → Mozilla QA
Moving into a [mozmill-refactor] bucket.
