This is a tracking bug for Phase II of the local data project. This phase of the project is more technical and will require features of Mozmill 2.0: 1. Needs an internal SSL server for serving add-ons locally and to simulate various server-side security environments 2. Needs an internal Proxy server for serving cookies across multiple simulated domains 3. Implement the above in tests which need them (18 tests)

With httpd we can have a local proxy.pac file which should be able to resolve different domain names to localhost. It could be placed into test-files.
Move of Mozmill Test related project bugs to newly created components. You can filter out those emails by using "Mozmill-Tests-to-MozillaQA" as criteria.
