Details
NN6 - the page setup option in the file dropdown menu is grayed-out and pages
print without any header/footer info - no way to add it without page setup -
reinstall did not bring it in, either

Confirmed on Netscape 6. File>Page Setup is disabled all the time. However I
don't know if this happens in Mozilla.
Not marking as "new" unless someone can reproduce this with Mozilla.
