If you do a web search with Safari set to open URLs, Fx Home will crash when you tab on the link. If you change the settings to have urls open in Fx Home, clicking the link will work as expected.
To clarify, if you click a match to a bookmark or tab it works just fine. If you click the search in google option, it will crash.
Reproduced this on iOS 3.1.3 also.   marking all

Fixed. Made a mistake with the Native Apps code that resulted in opening the incorrect/malformed link.
