When I load
http://test.csswg.org/suites/css2.1/20101001/html4/replaced-intrinsic-ratio-001.htm
via normal navigation or non-Shifted reload, I see all but the first image fail to load. This test has six occurrences of the same image.
It seems like this should load correctly.

WORKSFORME at the moment -- can't reproduce with today's nightly. dbaron says he might have been hitting some cache-related issue, though.
(to be clear, this is with svg-as-<object>, not SVG-as-image)
Summary: repeated occurrences of same SVG image don't load correctly → repeated occurrences of same SVG <object> don't load correctly

Related to bug #596443 ?
Hopefully fixed by bug 596443. If dbaron can't reproduce it after that lands, we'll call this fixed.
blocking2.0: ? → final+
Depends on: 596443
