1. place the browser in RTL format : ( ie download/install the plugin from :
http://people.mozilla.com/~nhirata/html_tp/installplugin.html 
and set the language to arabic)
2. go to about:fennec
3. click on the "Check for Updates" button

Expected:  The text will be to the left
Actual: The text will scoot to the right ( Looking for updates, No Updates Available, Updates Available )

Notes: regression from bug 604540
