Prerequisites:
Before installing latest build, delete profile
Steps to reproduce:
Scenario 1:
1. Install Fennec.
2. Open Fennec.
3. In about:first run select "Browse".
Scenario 2:
1. Install Fennec.
2. Open Fennec.
3. Enter about:home in the URL bar.
Expected results:
about:home is displayed. "Your tabs from last time" should say "No tabs from last time" or at least should not show the throbber.
Actual results:
Throbber is displayed in this section. (it might be confusing for the user)
