MMS images that are sent via T-Mobile's USA cell phones reference attachments which are show in the attachments area but are not being used to display inline on the message.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Send am MMS message to a t-mobile USA user via email.
2. Try to view the message.
Actual Results:  
Message displays but with multiple broken image links.

Expected Results:  
Inline images should display.
