Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. set startup to "show my windows and tabs from last time" 2. open two firefox windows (A and B) with (every) two (or more) tabs 3. close window B ("confirm close") 4. open a new emty tab and close the other two tabs 5. now you have one window with one empty tab 6. close Firefox and start it again 7. instaed an empty tab the content of window B opens Actual Results: one Firefox window with the (old/closed) content of window B Expected Results: one Firefox window with an empty tab Tested on two different computers

The reason you don't get an empty tab after restart using your scenario is because Session Store doesn't remember blank pages.

I set it to Resolved - Wontfix, because v3.6.x is no longer supported.
