After drop a tab, I move mouse on windows taskbar, then tearing off occurs immediately. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/about/whatismozilla.html 1. Start Minefield with new profile 2. Uncheck "Tabs on Top" 3. Open more than two tabs. 4. Drag a tab toward below and drop on contents area. So it looks like if the user doesn't move the mouse enough while over chrome to start a drag then if they move over a different document (the content document) the drag never starts.
I wonder if bug 606192 could help here. Probably not.
