Dragging a bookmark folder to itself in the sidebar or the "Manage Bookmarks"
window deletes the folder and it's children.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the "Manage bookmarks" window.
2. Create a new bookmark folder, e.g. "test".
3. Start dragging the "test" folder.
4. Drop the folder on top of itself at a point where there is no black insertion
point above or below the folder.
Actual Results: The folder disappears.
Expected Results: No change in bookmark ordering.
