We haven't sorted out a process to follow when a site is suggested for archiving or deletion.  There's a proposal at:

https://wiki.mozilla.org/Websites/Taskforce/Proposals/Abandoned_Sites#Processes

After filing a bug, the next step would be attempting to find the site owner -- in this case it would be someone in Engagement.  I can email the Engagement team to find out the current status.  Could we also make this bug public so people who may know about this site's history have a chance to comment?

I can be the site owner. Shannon and I helped put this site together last summer.

What information do you need for archiving this site?

William, thanks.  The main things we need from the owner is confirmation that the site can be archived and what we should say at the top of the archived pages.  For instance, you can see the note Mary wrote for the Mozilla Service Week archive at:

http://website-archive.mozilla.org/mozillaservice.org/
