Spyware Doctor's Site Guard causes Personas Plus to function improperly.  The accent color displays properly, however images do not load.  Disabling Site Guard resolves the issue.  I suspect Site Guard doesn't like the JS that getpersonas.com uses, but can't be sure.

Reproducible: Always
PC Tools has fixed the problem on their side, and everything works fine.  Marking resolved/fixed.
