Looks good to me. We should check with drivers/l10n about whether or not to take l10n-changesets updates.

We'll need to land this patch after pushing both the release and beta channel 3.5 snippets, so we don't accidentally unthrottle the 3.5.14 -> 3.6.11 MU that's on release+beta right now.

The subsequent two AUS patches had the same effect as this, but were deployed sequentially. At first we thought we were deferring beta until tomorrow.
