Details
On the translate page, the diff of article content appears even if it's a diff from and to the same version (yielding "No Differences Found"). Don't bother showing it in such cases. Also, make clear the significance of the shown versions, e.g. "Last approved version", etc.

The diff now is smarter and will say "[No differences found]" at the top.
