607800 - Include the duration needed to download updates into Mozmill results

Beside bug 569477 where we start to track the mirror in the results of update tests, we can also add the duration of update downloads. The reason is that not all slow mirrors will be detected by bug 569477, but some mirrors which serve updates with about 50kb/s cannot be detected. Having the time and eventual the size of the update will make it much easier for us.

Move of Mozmill Test related project bugs to newly created components. You can
filter out those emails by using "Mozmill-Tests-to-MozillaQA" as criteria.
