Several sites are using tech that cripple normal closure of windows/tabs and the entire browser. This should not be allowed to happend and is a frequent annoyance and will only get worse as more adult site webmasters use the window closing technique, and will potentially result in many users not using Firefox anymore.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open site http://www.kpornstars.com
2.quit browser or close tab or close window
3.quit Firefox only by CTRL-ALT-DELETE and End Task
Workaround: hammer on [Ctrl W] and [Enter] keys multiple times.
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
