Screenshot of the addons discovery pane
Using the latest trunk nightly with some extensions installed, I received the attached screenshot. But when I click on "Check Updates" nothing was found. This is the first time I have seen this selection in the Addon pane. Are some of your extensions set to install manually? If yes, it is a dupe of bug 591024.
