Attachment: Chatzilla menu missing a Preferences... menu item.

In the current nightly build on the Mac the Preferences menu item is completely missing.
I've attached a a screenshot illustrating this.

Also, my memory of 3.6 is that when the Chatzilla window has focus (on the Mac) the main menu (far left) which normally reads Firefox will read ChatZilla.  And of course CMD + , brings up prefs, but now it says Minefield and only brings up the primary Firefox prefs window.

The menu item which appears under the ChatZilla menu on other platforms is specifically marked so Firefox treats it as the "preferences" menu - which means it is hidden (by Firefox) and executed (by Firefox) when you select the application (Firefox, Minefield, etc.) preferences menu.

Clearly only the first part (the hiding) is working, which would be a Firefox bug.

I'm proposing we remove the special marking and just show the preferences menu under the ChatZilla menu as on other platforms. XULRunner can get stuffed.

Given circumstances, this sounds like the best plan to me.
