1. set locale to German
2. go to URL : ww.example.com (purposely mistype with 2 w's)

Expected: DNS error in German
Actual: XML error

Note:
1. There's some differences between the English ( http://mxr.mozilla.org/mobile-browser/source/locales/en-US/chrome/overrides/netError.dtd ) and the German ( http://mxr.mozilla.org/l10n-central/source/de/mobile/chrome/overrides/netError.dtd ) neterror.dtd files.
2. The xml error does not occur in English nor French

IMHO, it doesn't make much sense to have all those bugs filed as long as https://l10n-stage-sj.mozilla.org/shipping/dashboard?tree=fennec_mc&locale=de is not green. We know by a look on the dashboard that we are missing a bunch of things.
